Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, Rolle (Vermentino) and Clairette.

TASTING NOTES

Colour: elegant, bright and subtle rosé with a very pale rose petal hue.
Nose: shows a fresh and fruity aromatic character with aromas of strawberry, grapefruit, citrus and peach.
Palate: fresh, well-balanced and smooth. This rosé is fresh and full on the palate.
Food pairing: enjoy chilled as an aperitif or paired with all summer-time dishes (white meat, platter of “charcuterie”, salads, melon, Asian dishes, grills, etc.). Also great for pizza evenings, as well as pasta.
Serving temperature: 10-12°C.

Clairette Ugni blanc.

TASTING NOTES

Colour: elegant and very pale, bright, subtle and shimmering.
Nose: shows a fresh and fruity aromatic character with aromas of strawberry, grapefruit, citrus and peach.
Palate: fresh and smooth. This white wine shows pronounced citrus aromas nicely set off by a touch of acidity.
Food pairing: enjoy chilled as an aperitif. It also pairs particularly well with seafood.
Serving temperature: 10-12°C.
